I love coming here!! One of my favorite places to eat for breakfast because the food is good, and the employees are awesome! I think it’s pretty nice that the manager remembers my name and my order… makes me feel special and appreciated.

it had been a long time since i ate at this location. i was pleasantly surprised at how different the place looked. It has a refreshed look and was clean! The food was so good that i went back the next day. Also, i want to say thank you to a really nice gentleman, Matt! He was welcoming and so kind which sadly seems so rare nowadays! Keep up the great work, Matt!! It doesn't go unnoticed!

Excellent Customer Service with outstanding fresh baked Bagels and Cream Cheese Baker Dozen , breakfast sandwiches , and lunch sandwiches. The staff is very friendly and the manager has changed over and the current manager is taking ownership in the restaurant and holding people accountable to right a better restaurant than managers in the past. The selections in the baskets are always full with choices and the place is very clean, bright and focused on speed and customer service during peak times in the am rush when online orders come in. In the past you had to figure out if your online order was done since they would make your order and leave it behind the counter instead of putting it on the TO GO SHELF where you can grab and go. Now all orders are in the correct spot and the cashiers are asking customer to sign up or scan the rewards program which this was not the case in the past. Kudo to the girl manager in charge now she has really changed things and made a difference for the better. She also ordered new patio umbrella which is a nice touch which this has not happened in years with previous managers.

I’ve been coming here for a few years with my friends and the food has always been amazing every time. I always look forward to my trips here and the workers are always so friendly! Especially Denise, she always goes above and beyond! 😁 definitely would recommend, the price is worth the quality and experience

I’m very disappointed. I started coming to this spot on Sunday mornings & At first everything was awesome. I was definitely a bit turned away when an elderly customer spilled a beverage in line & the staff continued to laugh at them & scold them from behind the counter. Another time I ordered an iced chai & specifically asked to see the difference in iced chai beverage sizes, the worker turned around & made a hot chai, I was really confused because less than 5 minuets ago we conversed about the iced chai, she then walked away & ignored me when I tried to ask for it to be fixed. But I really did like the bagels, I continued on my routine of coming once a week on Sundays & somehow It just kept getting worse. I had received completely wrong bagels before, getting a plain when I ordered a blueberry, also receiving bagels with literally less than a thin layer of the schmear, to the point we’re it is barley visable. That is just so rude & I know it’s not company standard considering the images of the schmeared bagels. My breakfast egg sandwiches have been inconsistent with the ingredients & If they are cut or not in half. This passed visit was my really sad breaking point of leaving thi
